The turbine is designed to provide useful energy to smart water meters, transmitters, sensors and other devices by harnessing the power from domestic water supplies.
Being able to provide power to water management devices means that the battery life of any apparatus could be extended by a factor of 3, 4, 5 or more times which also means that there would be significantly less wastage in both manpower and materials than traditional systems and to facilitate further developments in these areas.
