New initiatives to encourage developers to embrace water saving features within the design of new properties has recently been published by Water Safe, the UK register of approved plumbers in conjunction with the Home Builders Federation.
With water being a “food quality” product delivered literally “on tap” and with water scarcity being a genuine concern after a very dry 2018 and the winter just ending, it is imperative that home designs are as energy efficient and environmentally friendly as possible.
